With rich experience manufacturing and marketing optical fiber connectors, Riccoms aims to provide high-performance and cost-effective optical passive components to customers worldwide. We are MRP-, ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001:2004-certified.
Our 2,000-square-meter factory is manned by 200 workers. It houses six production lines with monthly production capacities of 500,000 connectors, 600,000 adapters and 100,000 attenuators.
We employ eight QC staff with over five years of experience. Our products comply with the RoHS Directive and AQL is 0.65. The defect rate is less than 1 percent, and over 95 percent customers place repeat orders with us. We also offer one-year warranty.
Our materials are sourced from Canada and mainland China, and our 12 stable material suppliers ensure all raw materials are tested under IEC and GR-326 standards.
Some of our five R&D personnel have over six years of experience. OEM and ODM orders are accepted and we can finish them within one to three months, depending on the customer's project.
Orders of any quantity are welcome, and we can deliver goods in as fast as two days. We offer after-sales service and technical support within 24 hours after receiving the customer's feedback or inquiry.
